Shipping & Returns

All products are shipped via UPS or FedEx SIGNATURE REQUIRED - unless otherwise specified.

Most “in-stock” orders will ship the same day if placed before 5:30 pm Eastern time. Please allow up to 24 hours to process and ship out any orders that were placed that were “in stock” at the time of purchase. Orders placed out of stock will ship once products have been received from the manufacturer. ETAs will vary based on manufacturer production and shipping schedules. ETAs for out-of-stock orders will be provided as information is received from the manufacturer. Products can be dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer for an additional fee if the manufacturer offers a drop ship option. PLEASE NOTE - orders dropped and shipped directly from the manufacturer cannot be adjusted or canceled once shipped. If you have a time-sensitive shipment, please send us a text, email, or contact us via live chat during business hours to ensure there are no delays.

All products are shipped out from one of our authorized Muscle & Trucks shipping locations. Muscle & Trucks houses an impressive inventory of in-stock products that equate to around 30,000 in inventory. Muscle & Truck does allow for special order parts which are shipped out directly from the manufacturer. Special arrangements may need to be made for oversized or freight shipments.

International Shipping

All international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. Any charges associated with the importation of products purchased from Muscle & Trucks or our affiliates are the responsibility of the buyer. Muscle & Trucks and its affiliates are not responsible for fees assessed by customs or other government bodies dealing with international commerce. Any costs resulting from the refusal to import a product purchased through Muscle & Trucks or our affiliates may result in additional charges to your payment method on file. 

Inventory

We utilize three main warehouses strategically located throughout the US which house live inventory. You can easily find out whether a product is in stock or not by looking at the Product Availability section of the product’s page. We have three categories generally speaking which are: 'In Stock”, "Special Order", or “Back Ordered."

Regularly stocked products are labeled "In Stock" and will have a clear inventory count which can be located directly below the price of the product on Muscleandtrucks.com. The current available stock will be enclosed by an orange rectangle and will provide a live inventory count. 

“Special Order” products are specially ordered from the manufacturer and will require time for the manufacturer to ship out. These times vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. All parts that are considered "Special Order" are labeled as such on our website, and customers will receive an alert message that the item is a “Special Order” product before being able to finalize their order. ALL “Special Order” items are nonrefundable once the order has been placed so please pay attention and read what the popup says before placing your order. Cancellations or refunds are not allowed on any special order parts.

“Back Ordered” products are back ordered from the manufacturer and will ship from one of three warehouses once the stock has been replenished by the manufacturer. All parts that are considered "Back Ordered" are labeled as such on our website and customers will receive an alert message before placing an order for a backorder product. 

Damaged Shipments

In the event a product arrives damaged at your location, please follow the steps listed below. All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify Muscle & Trucks within 48 Hours of receiving your order. If these steps are not followed, your shipment claim may be denied by the shipping company and or Muscle & Trucks.

If you receive a damaged shipment, please use the following procedure:

1. IMMEDIATELY contact Muscle & Trucks and the shipping carrier. 

2. Keep all damaged products in the original packaging and box.

3. Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s) from your order. 

4. Muscle & Trucks will contact the shipper once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup if needed. DO NOT send it back to the return address without written approval from Muscle & Trucks to ensure your return is processed correctly and without delay. 

5. Once the product is received back and inspected, a replacement or credit will be issued.

Shipping Rates

The shipping rates shown at the time of checkout on our site are based on a weight estimate and then formulated via a UPS or FedEx shipping program. The rates do not consider dimensions. If your shipment weight is higher than the online cart can process, please contact us for a shipping quote. If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted we will contact you and let you know of the changes. International orders (outside the USA) are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you for customs and duties. 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please alert us within an hour of your order being placed. An order that has shipped from our location or a supplier cannot be canceled, these are classified as returns. Our order process relies on automation for quick and efficient order fulfillment, so once your order is placed, our system begins the shipping process. Unfortunately, once it has been packaged and shipped, it cannot be redirected and a return process would need to be started. All returns may be subject to applicable restocking fees. “Special Order” items or built-to-order products will not be able to be returned. For this reason, it is extremely important to check your invoice or order form.

Returns

If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned within 30 days of the original order date and a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply. To return an item, it must be in brand-new condition with the original packaging. If the item cannot be resold or is a special order or built-to-order item, we cannot accept a return. Shipping is nonrefundable in either direction unless approved by Muscle & Trucks. All items wanting to be returned MUST be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date. After 30 days returns will no longer be accepted unless otherwise stated by Muscle & Trucks. All products shipped from any of the Muscle & Trucks warehouses are shipped via FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, or Freight services and may require a signature when delivered. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release. FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL have package pick-up locations if you are unable to sign for the package. If the package is returned to Muscle & Trucks or the manufacturer without an RMA from us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs or pay a 25% restocking fee if you choose to not have the item reshipped. These fees will be charged to your account on file or will be invoiced to you.

If you modify, install, or alter the product in any form, Muscle & Trucks cannot accept it as a return. Muscle & Trucks is not responsible for any expenses related to the product or installation, and it is the customer’s responsibility to replace the product damaged in installation. 

In the rare event that the product you ordered is sent either incorrectly or processed wrong by Muscle & Trucks, we will arrange for the package to come back to us and ship out a replacement ASAP.
